The brief was to renovate and update the space with an emphasis on the client's passion for books, art and the sea.
Space planning was very important as the major issues were storage and how to bring light in without compromising on privacy.
Bespoke storage created a clutter-free space in the living room, dining room and bedroom areas.
A new electrical plan optimised and controlled light and mood, while new window treatments maximised natural light and maintained privacy. Bespoke Juliet balconies filled with plants brought the outside in and broadened horizons.
Colours echoed art works but mostly a neutral palette was used in paint, fabrics and soft furnishings to create a harmonious backdrop.
